Because he always plans everything, often he has the difficulty in handling the unexpected things. Still, he is a person with high integrity and dependable although he is a conservatism. He does not show his emotions but he treats people with respect. Bad side: a workaholic that too concerned with a routine, system to organize things and perfection. For him a status or a respect is important but he relies too much on material things that can give him a good status. Like to be alone and don’t like to stand up.

In both cases you still need to balance your home and work lives.
As an adult woman: she can be a practical business woman or a super house wife. As a business woman or working mother, she works hard for the comfort life of her family, physically and financially. She is a woman who has material comfort and enjoying it; a prosperous woman. As a house wife or house “woman”, she is a very motherly woman. She likes to cook, clean the house, do the laundry, do the gardening and nurture her family. She is a calm, generous, caring, responsible and down-to-earth woman.
The bad side: too caring her love ones makes her family or lover feel stuffed and not independent. She may be possessive and insecure. She could be narrow minded to something that she doesn’t well understand

As an adult: = a steady, reliable, dependable and practical man. Patient and not easily lose his temper. He is leader in financial matters; a successful business man with a lot of abundance. He is discipline and willing to work hard. He is honest with a high ethic in work or business things. He works methodically, meticulously but tends to stick to practical things. He could motivate others to work hard too.
The bad side: He doesn’t like to take risks, to change or to innovate. He looks aloof, stubborn and spend-thrift. He is a conservative type that holds the values, social norms and traditions in high respect; thus he might prevent the progress or innovation. He is not a kind of an artistic, imaginative or experimental person. Status in the community is important for him. A little bit possessive about people that he loves.
